| In all seriousness, it depends.
If the site has anything to do with the topic, such as IGN for a place for game guides, then sure. But if you make your own thread/spam the site, then it will be not allowed. It must be a common site that you or your friends have not made, because face it, the site probally isn't "Useful" yet.
